IMPORTANT UPDATES:
ETS continues to offer a Praxis at Home testing solution. By September 1, 80 percent of ETS’ tests will be available via the Praxis at Home solution. Please visit the website above for more information.
Test Retake Policy: If you feel you did not perform to your potential, you may retake a Praxis test once every 28 days, not including your initial test date. For example, if you take a test on the first of the month, you cannot take it again until the 5th day of the following month, assuming 31 days in a month.
Note: If you take a test that is comprised of subtests, such as Elementary Education: Multiple Subjects (5001), Middle Grades 4–8 Core Assessment (5152), or Elementary Education: Content Knowledge for Teaching (7801), you cannot retake a subtest until after the 35-day period.
This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken previously. If you violate this restriction, the scores from your retest will be canceled by ETS and your test fees will not be refunded.

About the CRRC
Housed in the Louisiana Tech University College of Education, the Clinical Residency and Recruitment Center (CRRC) is responsible for developing and refining capstone experiences provided to clinical residents at Louisiana Tech. Central in this is effort is the TEAM model, developed by Dr. Amy Vessel and Dr. Dawn Basinger. The TEAM model is an innovative approach to teacher preparation that replaces the traditional, single-term of student teaching with a full-year clinical residency in local schools. This model leverages the experiences of university instructors and local school personnel to provide comprehensive training.
Recruiting visits are available daily in the CRRC. For more information on any of our projects and programs, please email crrc@latech.edu.
